Methodology

I am striving for:

  • Collection of High Level Demographic Attributes
  • Neutrality
  • Consistency
  • Statistical Significance

If you have ideas, hints, methodological tips etc. of how to best construct surveys for the LENR community to achieve these goals then please leave a comment here.

Hi Quax – You slipped some yes/no answers into the survey. This can be a bit difficult to answer, since for most things we assign probabilities rather than black/white. In the probabilities, it may also be useful to have 10% gradations rather than 25% – I suspect most of us following this saga have a finer sense of what we think, and this would also give you more interesting curves on the graphs that would show polarisations better. I know from reading the blogs that for some questions you would get peaks at 80%, 20% with a trough in the middle, for others you might end up with a single peak shifted from the middle. Interesting results, but finer hair-splitting might still improve them.

  2. Good point. For the time being I made the Yes/No questions not mandatory, so that people that don’t think this can be answered in this fashion can just skip them.

You really need at least 4-5 more Qs
    1) Do you believe Defkalion started off as a legitimate value- add seller of ecats
    2) Do you believe Rossi let Defkalion down by not delivering ecats
    3) Do you believe Defkalion derailed the relationship with Rossi by wanting to take it all (Stremmenos accusation)
    4) Do you believe Defkalion decided Rossi had no commercial ready device & so they decided to claim they did have and would get it working on the run
5 ) Do you believe Defkalions behaviour (good or bad) was entirely due To Rossi letting them down
Ask those questions and I promise you will get some very interesting answers
